UIE Group exists to give distinct businesses a coherent parent while preserving the boundaries that make each business credible. WorldAuth has a different role from UIE Systems, and UIE Systems has a different role from the specialist businesses it operates.
The Group therefore avoids unnecessary brand layers and duplicated websites. A new public surface is created when it has a clear audience, product or operating purpose.
WorldAuth
WorldAuth is the Group's authority-infrastructure business. Its engineering, product governance and production estate remain independently controlled within the WorldAuth project.
UIE Systems
UIE Systems is the Group's applied-systems and operating-business division. It is where practical systems, integrations and specialist businesses are developed when they do not belong inside the neutral WorldAuth infrastructure layer.
UIE Visuals
UIE Visuals is the first specialist operating business beneath UIE Systems, focused on visual systems for humans, platforms and agents.
